What I eat (drink) for breakfast!!


This is a perfect way to start your day. I developed this recipe to help my clients optimize their healing journey with an easily digestible and highly nutritious green smoothie. Its also perfect for maintaining general wellness. It literally provides more servings of fruits and vegetables in one glass than most have in an entire week. For newbies, I recommend starting out with spinach as it is more neutral in flavor and then slowly mixing in the other greens which tend to be a bit more bitter. Cheers to your health!
